Is the tag enough proof of vaccinations?

 Unfortunately, vaccine tags don’t include expiration dates, so we require paper documentation for verification. For the safety of all pets and people in our care, we can only accept dogs who are fully up‑to‑date on their vaccines.

How Long Do I  Have to Pick Up?

​Once you receive our ‘Pup will be ready in 15 minutes’ text, you’ll have one hour to pick up. This helps ensure your dog doesn’t spend extra time waiting in a kennel. After the first hour, a $10/hour daycare fee will be added. If you need different accommodations, please let us know ahead of time—ideally at drop‑off—so we can plan accordingly and make it work.

Are Nails Included?

Yes! 

We offer two nail‑care options:
1.     Basic Nail Clip – leaves the nails short but can be a bit sharp*
2.     Nail Grinding – leaves the nails short, rounded, and smooth*

Do You Let The Dogs Interact With Each other?

To keep all pups safe, we don’t allow them to interact with other dogs during their visit.

My dog is pregnant, can you still groom her?

No,

Stress can be harmful for puppies, and we want to avoid that at all costs. We can, however, provide a maternity shave. This service doesn’t include a bath—just a gentle sanitary trim. It’s quick, low‑stress, and designed to keep mom comfortable.

How Long Will This Take?

Time varies by weight, service being done, and the dogs temperament.​

Small Dogs are typically done within 1.5 - 2 hours

Medium - Large Dogs: 2-3 hours

Extra Large Dogs: 3-5 hours​

Is This a Drop Off Situation?

​​​Yes!​

You can drop your pup(s) off and come back when they’re ready, or stay and hang out in our lobby. We’ll text you a 15‑minute heads‑up so your pup doesn’t have to wait in a kennel any longer than necessary.

Where Do You Keep The Dogs?

We house them in a private kennel area in the back, where we can monitor them the entire time they’re here
